Rows of bonneted women’s profiles evoke a society that assigns women rigid roles and tries to take away their names, choices and voices. Coral silhouettes and white bands repeat against deep blue, holding individuality and quiet resistance inside a tightly controlled pattern. A hand-drawn print about the self that survives beneath an imposed identity.
