Stockton BID (Business Improvement District) needed design and illustration for The Stockton Ale Trail, highlighting the impressive selection of real ale pubs that Stockton has to offer. The solution was to produce eleven original illustrations of the pubs around Stockton, from the cheerful town centre pubs and vibrant little bars, to the beautiful micro pubs tucked away in the town’s Cultural Quarter. We featured these on a stylish map design, along with an original brand identity and a repeat pattern featuring bottles and pints of ale. Each pub owner was also gifted with the illustrated map to display in their venue!
